JPMorgan Chase ETF Client Service Manager - Vice President in Boston, Massachusetts

Come join our team! We are seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented leader to join our ETF Client Service Team. JP Morgan is one of the largest global Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) service providers with offices, operations and clients located throughout the world. As Vice President of Client Service, you'll have the opportunity to provide excellent, best in class service to our ETF clients while contributing to the growth of our business.

Position Summary:

As a Client Service Manager (CSM) in Securities Services, you will join the ETF Client team servicing the Global Asset Manager Segment, and have an assigned book focused on large-scale global asset managers and new entrants to the ETF market. As the CSM servicing these clients you will have ultimate ownership of your client's satisfaction with JP Morgan. This role requires partnership and collaboration with internal teams and resources to provide comprehensive, innovative solutions, meeting the extensive needs of our clients. As a CSM, you will also serve as a key contact, point of escalation, and advocate for our ETF clients to ensure strong service delivery and client satisfaction are experienced across their business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of ETF asset manager clients within Securities Services

  • Provide oversight and governance over the relationship, incorporating appropriate measurement and service level monitoring to ensure exceptional levels of service delivery and a positive client experience are achieved

  • Serve as a key contact and escalation point for the client, stakeholders and the business for all service related client matters

  • Lead meetings with your client base to build relationships, establish an on-going governance structure, update clients on product and system enhancements, align on strategic direction, and work to ensure the client's ongoing satisfaction with JP Morgan

  • Maintain client profiles, and service level documents for your assigned book of business

  • Ensure accurate, timely billing and invoice collection

  • Provide solutions to complex client issues and initiatives in a timely and effective manner

  • Support Client onboarding and new ETF launches; spearhead client change management, and Fund events for clients

  • Provide thought leadership, guidance and expertise to ETF clients while keeping updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and changes to the ETF ecosystem

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of Financial Services Experience

  • Strong Fund Services knowledge and experience, including fund administration, accounting, global custody operations, and asset servicing

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties

  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to learn and discuss the products and services offered by Securities Services with clients, including Global Custody, Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Information Services, ETF Services, and Securities Lending

  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • Effective analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work effectively in global operating and matrix environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 7+ years of direct ETF Servicing experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
