JPMorgan Chase eCommerce Payments Automation Product Manager in Brooklyn, New York

As an eCommerce Payments Automation Product Manager in Commercial Bank Solutions, you will have core responsibility for the initial launch, continued product development planning and go-to-market strategy for an externally facing, automated payout solution specifically built for the unique needs of eCommerce clients. This product will enable clients of J.P. Morgan and/or their clients to accelerate payments by leveraging a set of pre-configured payout rules. Role is non-technical and focuses on product strategy, oversight and commercialization.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy / Value Prop Creation
Defines CB product strategy addressing client needs via research
Represents CB in all product-level investment and prioritization activities, including business case creation
Monitors, oversees and influences product development
Supports commercialization strategy, accountable for product releases
Owns ongoing product oversight and maintenance and accountable for meeting product objectives (e.g., P&L)
Drive CB KPI reporting and manage CB dependencies / cross impacts
Maintain and continue to develop the Global Real-Time Payments and Alternative Faster Payments product proposition for CB
This includes the incorporation of customer feedback and market research to prioritize new feature functionality requests supported by strong business cases that will anticipate client needs
Work with internal and external partners to deliver solutions and plan for launches
Partner closely with sales, onboarding and service to optimize processes and improve the client experience, ultimately decreasing cycle times and increasing client satisfaction
Go to Market
Co-sponsor go-to-market and commercialization efforts to ensure solutions are ready to be offered to Commercial Banking clients
Establish delivery milestones, budget, releases, client impacts and client servicing metrics in cooperation with cross-functional teams
Co-own client-facing enablement efforts with the Commercial Banking Commercialization team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
5+ years of relevant Product, Strategy or Consulting experience within Payments (Banking or Fintech) using a data-driven approach
Strong knowledge of payments, particularly within a bank or FinTech provider or as operator of a platform business
Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams to build better solutions and to execute go-to-market plans
Ability to develop and optimize processes
Ability to build compelling presentations to elicit action from internal stakeholders and to positively influence client buying decisions
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience conducting market research and/or leading design thinking sessions with customers and stakeholders
