JPMorgan Chase Location Associate - Location Leader Program in Brooklyn, New York

The Location Associate is responsible for being inclusive across the location footprint, regardless of function or line of business affiliation, ensuring strong partnerships across the metro campus footprint. The program is focused on two core program pillars, People and Community, comprised of five workstreams (Learning & Development, Talent, Mobility & Recruiting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Internal Community and External Community). The Location Associate is focused on assisting with execution at the location level but is also part of a broader community of leaders across hubs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Coordination

  • Manage Site Calendar / Help drive event coordination

  • In partnership with HR, assist with development of cross line of business initiatives that promote career development, mobility, retain top talent, reduce time to hire, improve candidate diversity slate, and foster a diverse and inclusive community.

  • Coordinate BEMC monthly meetings, outreach to presenters to confirm participation and collate meeting materials.

  • Identify opportunities of employee engagement across the campus footprint and engage in networking and effective communication campaigns.

  • Participate and represent the Location Manager during designated meetings and events.

  • In collaboration with our partners assist with planning and execution as needed for corporate initiatives (e.g. job fairs, health fairs and events impacting majority of employees, movement lab.).

  • Communication

  • Partner closely with the Hub Communications lead on Intranet articles and tracking location events.

  • Prepare Biweekly Upcoming events and Monthly Newsletter for the site

  • Prepare Scala messages as needed (digital signage)

  • Reports/Control

  • Generate reporting and analysis, as needed, to assess success metrics for various projects / programs / initiatives

  • Process/Reconcile (T&E) timely expenses reports for the Site

  • Process invoice payments to external vendors or clients

  • Process of pre-clearance for all charitable contributions

  • Onboard new vendors in our Global Supplier Services system (TPO Process)

  • Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Facilities, Security, Amenities team to ensure and prioritized a good employee experience

  • ensuring team awareness of Executive/ OC visits to the site

  • Help with the training of new volunteers on logistics for an event

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong ties to the location preferably with a broad internal leader network

  • Prior experience in defining optimal program structure to deliver efficient and effective solutions for high visibility initiatives across global or cross-functional strategy teams preferred

  • Exceptional professional presence

  • Strong MS Excel (pivots, charting, lookups), PowerPoint (including PitchPro advanced features), other Office application knowledge and SharePoint experience.

  • Strong communications skills - Must possess excellent written and oral executive-level communications skills

  • Candidate must be flexible in his/her work style and be able to work with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

  • Agile, self-motivated team player; able to work independently, and execute in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver strong results within tight timeframes

  • Ability to think independently and work effectively under tight deadlines

  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
