JPMorgan Chase Program Manager VP - Client Account Services in Brooklyn, New York

The Client Account Services group centrally provides account set up services for all lines of business within the Corporate Investment Bank organization. The group is split into Operations and Change teams. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Change team responsible for defining the strategy for and executing the programs pertinent to the Prime Brokerage, Global Clearing, Markets, and Treasury Services lines of business as they relate to the account onboarding process.

The core responsibilities for this role include, but not limited to:

  • Working closely with the LOB stakeholders to understand their business needs in order to define future state development plans on strategic technology platforms

  • Producing project materials at all stages of project development life cycle - current state process flows, business use cases, gap analyses, governance and future state operating models

  • Producing and maintaining detailed implementation plans and managing execution of the plan

  • Reporting on project and financial status of the project to different business and senior management stakeholders

  • Managing and tracking risks, issues, dependencies and changes to the plan

  • Participating in budget planning with the business

  • Cross-functionally managing operations and technology resources involved in the project

  • Project management and program management experience with at least 10 years of financial industry experience

  • Familiarity with account onboarding process, reference data systems, data governance / data quality

  • Experience in leading large, multi-year complex projects from inception to delivery involving cross-functional teams from the business, operations and technology

  • Experience with agile development methodology

  • Expertise in project management discipline and techniques

  • Strong analytical background, problem solving and communication skills are necessary

  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team building skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and Visio
