JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate - Merchant Services in Brooklyn, New York

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Global Payments Solutions, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Provides support for key strategic programs, with initial focus on increasing the growth and profitability of the Global Banking Merchant Services business; may lead selected program workstreams

  • Plans and delivers communications and training to Global Banking sales teams around Merchant Services product changes

  • Helps drive execution of the product reporting strategy, including tracking program OKRs / metrics, and developing sales and product reporting in support of strategic objectives

  • Develops insights on the Global Banking Merchant Services business, sales, products and client segments through data analysis

  • Develops understanding of client personas in target segments, as well as competitive and fintech landscape; tracks client impact of initiatives

  • Maintains close feedback loop with sales and other partner functions (e.g., product, pricing, commercialization, marketing, risk & controls, finance & business management) across Global Banking and Payments

  • Communicates regular progress and updates to sales, product, and senior management stakeholders through presentations, executive summaries and program status progress

  • Supports internal governance forums around strategic programs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable transforming abstract ideas into a concrete plan of action

  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and across functions with a sharp executive presence and proven ability to cultivate strong relationships

  • Change agent who makes a passionate case for change through facts, strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the audience

  • Successful track record setting and achieving challenging goals with demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership skills

  • Must have strong Powerpoint and Excel skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Experience in merchant services and/or payments

  • Background in strategy consulting and/or business management a plus
