The Salesforce Administrator is a key contributor on the team delivering against the following objectives:

  • Using Salesforce to manage accounts, contacts, tasks, leads, and opportunities to help Sales and Relationship Management Teams.

  • Solving product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

  • Possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

  • Integrating with other applications to exchange data from and to Salesforce.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.

  • Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

  • Developing appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

  • Representing the team in front of stakeholders and users.

  • Identify areas for efficiency across data domains, such as the elimination of duplicate data or platforms.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years' Experience implementing Salesforce solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation

  • Proven ability to understand Salesforce technology-based platforms (opportunities and limitations) enabling the incumbent of this position to help guide teams to solutions

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred

  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications

  • Strong overall written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience driving results in a matrix management environment

  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work for self and others

  • Experience with Agile project methodology
