JPMorgan Chase Senior Content Management Associate in Chicago, Illinois

As a Senior Content Management Associate in Commercial Banking Solutions, you will manage the accuracy and compliance of product sales materials, proposal and other miscellaneous content across multiple platforms that result in either new revenue or the successful retention of existing clients. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions within the team's Workfront instance which includes project details for content review cycles, uploading new or refreshed content to multiple content management systems and managing the team's mailbox. You must independently manage content management projects from start to finish, making sure that content is validated as accurate with the subject matter experts, compliant and positioned accurately within our content management system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage standard content for accuracy, readability and positioning by working with subject matter experts to update or enhance content used for client-facing documents (RFP, product sales materials and other miscellaneous content) across multiple content management systems

  • Manage content review cycles to ensure content is reviewed regularly and updated to maintain accuracy

  • Manage ad hoc, off cycle updates and corrections to content

  • Make decisions that require independent thought/action, but are guided by policies or established practices

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of assigned products and broad knowledge of all TS services products and processes

  • Work with subject matter experts to collaborate in the creation and management of content

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with sales, implementation or support of treasury management or commercial card services or 2-5 years of technical, business or proposal writing experience and/or support of presentations or proposals preferably in banking/TS products. College degree (BA or BS) required

  • Content management experience required

  • Excellent business writing, communication, grammar, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential

  • Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency required

  • High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a team member on multiple projects with tight deadlines with a proven ability as a self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task effectively.

  • Ability to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of TS products as well as the technology, equipment, operations processes and systems commonly used

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Understand Workfront administration and reporting features

  • Project management skills a plus

  • In-depth knowledge of treasury services or commercial card products and services
