JPMorgan Chase Transaction Processing Specialist in Chicago, Illinois
The candidate is responsible for the set-up & initial funding of Line of Credit and Loan related transactions associated with various supported Wealth Management market segments.(i.e. Latin America / LatAm portfolio.) Also responsible for loan renewals, loan modifications, upfront/ongoing fees, booking and maintenance. Knowledge of collections, reconciling differences, monitoring interest/fee/principal past dues & various maintenance reports ensuring system integrity.
Processing involves review of documentation and booking transactions for sensitive and/or complex Wealth Management customers for Bilateral or syndicated loans (both JPM agented and Non-Agented deals) using the ACBS and Loan IQ loan systems (i.e. Advances, LIBOR repricings, Variable rate Loans, LIBOR loans, PRIME loans).
General understanding in Processing of Revolvers, Advised lines, Syndicated deals and Term Loans mechanics.
Exceptional customer service skills - Customer contact focuses on high volume or unique activities requiring interaction with multiple internal market/credit partners & resources. (Ability to calculate interest and fee accruals for billing is required for this role.)
Responsible for minimizing credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and bank policy
Participating in projects and working groups as required

Successful completion of all periodic High Value Business Entitlements (HBVE) checks
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred.
1-2 years of prior loan operations and/or quality control experience in a banking or financial services industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.
Working knowledge of legal documents.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment
