JPMorgan Chase Attribution Software Engineer in Columbus, Ohio

We are looking for a quantitative software developer with expertise in Fixed Income markets and fixed income analytics. This person would build complex fixed income attribution and risk systems aimed at portfolio construction, strategic/tactical asset allocation. Communication skills and analytical experience in FI products are key. Candidates will be excited at the prospect of working closely with the quant FO team, liaising on their behalf with all the groups within technology and working closely with the rest of the FI Technology team to deliver the FI Quants business requirements.   • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

  • Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices

  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture

  • Strong C# or C++ skills

  • Familiarity with numerical methods and analytics libraries

  • Excellent reasoning and debugging skills

  • Python and Excel experience is a plus.

  • Experience working in a Front Office environment, ability to engage with business users

  • Subject Matter Expert in Fixed Income analytics

  • Knowledge of fixed income attribution.

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Statistical background is a plus
