As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital Account Opening Instrumentation, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
Partner with instrumentation and analytics cross functional team (digital analytics, Behavioral collection team) and ensure engagement with broader groups outside of AO
Create and review Epics and Subtasks to identify, align, and directly engage with cross-impacted analytics teams such as digital analytics, behavioral collection team, tag management team, adobe architecture, etc.
Lead desk checks with dev, product, and analytics partners when necessary to confirm behavioral tagging is properly instrumented and certified for analytics reporting
Maintain and drive a backlog of instrumentation Epics that are aligned to overall AO prioritization ensuring product makes informed decisions and understands the trade-offs of deferring certain work
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
2+ years partnering with development teams in an Agile environment
2+ years working in JIRA creating and managing Epics, Stories, Subtasks, and other dev related items
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
2+ years working experience building relationships with key business partners, while also comfortable navigating ambiguity to identify, engage, and influence
Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
5+ years of professional experience in the digital space a product owner, business analyst, developer, or in a digital analytics role(
Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and using macros in Confluence to build dashboards that link to JIRA tasks to automate reporting
Understanding of digital behavioral analytics and using data visualization to tell a story
