Position Overview :

A Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing a number of digital services and platforms covering the Consumer & Community Bank and Commercial Banking segments.

In this role, the candidate will help drive and define the Digital product roadmap for Network Tokenization and Digital Wallet integration through their experience in product development, payments integration, and user experience design. This candidate will also have a demonstrated track record of supporting successful product releases in the digital ecosystem. The desired candidate will be responsible for partnering with other line of business product and engineering teams to execute the product roadmap and must be comfortable working in large teams with members across multiple organizations and disciplines.

Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for emerging digital technologies. In addition to being a seasoned, well trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Determine product strategy and vision for products covered with eye towards innovative concepts and solutions;

  • Engage with cross functional stakeholders to define a long term Digital product roadmap, identify new features, and ensure that delivery of the product is timely and of the highest quality

  • Create concise, compelling content and business case to present and sell concepts through to senior management;

  • Build and present end to end executive product updates inclusive of current production metrics, new feature delivery planning and financial forecasting;

  • Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, design and product requirements, and other materials as needed to support UX design and development;

  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term

  • Expected to be well-versed in all deliverables on the Digital product roadmap

  • Lead integration of all efforts for implementation of Digital initiatives

  • Assess customer needs and "pain points" to build products, tools and technology to address problems and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Facilitate and lead strategy/concept/requirements sessions with technology partners;

  • Must be able and comfortable with communicating at both a detailed and executive level for strategic and tactical items

  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives


  • 8+ years of product management experience

  • 4+ years of experience with Digital Wallets, Payments and Network Tokenization.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop roadmap for products and services

  • Ability to deliver flawless products and integrated customer experiences

  • Experience bringing together and building cross functional delivery teams

  • Ability to solve complex problems and develop solutions and communicate to the organization in an actionable manner

  • Ability to develop business cases with operational and financial metrics to justify projects

  • Ability to analyze product operational, marketing, and financial data and develop programs that enhance profitability

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

  • Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management

  • Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills

  • Collaborative, with flexibility of working with different teams in Digital and across firm

  • Strong grasp of new technologies, competitive landscapes, marketplace, and the banking regulatory environment

  • Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
