JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking – MMBSI Strategic Initiatives – Project Manager - Change Readiness Project Catalyst - ED in Dallas, Texas
Project Catalyst is one of five major initiatives supporting the Commercial Bank transformation agenda. The goal of this sales enablement effort is to deliver new technologies, data, and business processes to help our bankers optimize sales efforts and deliver a better overall experience to our clients. The Middle Marketing Banking and Specialized Industries (MMBSI) group is a key stakeholder in this initiative.
MMBSI is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Program Manager to work with the MMBSI Project Lead to support the development and coordination of the change readiness and field activation process. This includes supporting activities within the areas of communication, training, leadership forums, stakeholder analysis, change agent preparedness, adoption measurement and user feedback.
Create the MMBSI Change Readiness work plan and coordinate with the Catalyst Central Change Office to align to the delivery roadmap
Develop effective rollout strategy bringing new technology and processes to end users
Review, manage signoff and help distribute communication and training content
Lead the development and delivery of change activities through training, roadshows, stakeholder forums and communication channels within MMBSI
Facilitate reporting to the MMBSI Project Prioritization process and additional communication forums
Work closely with the Catalyst Central Change Office, MMBSI Project Lead, and functional partners to identify prospective issues and develop remediation approaches
Lead the creation and maintain the MMBSI field engagement network for Project Catalyst
70% of time will be allocated to Change Readiness responsibilities and 30% will be allocated to participation in product design efforts to help drive end user adoption

Experience with large scale system implementation and market readiness
Ability to create and execute software rollout strategy
Understanding of process reengineering or strategy; experience with a PMO desirable
Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations
Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills
Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Master’s Degree is a plus
