JPMorgan Chase International Banking Sales Associate in Dallas, Texas

Join the Commercial Banking team focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities! We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations.

As an International Product Specialist (IPS) Associate on our dynamic team, you will be primarily focused on: selling specific cash management solutions of the firm's targeted Network prospects and clients, relationship management, and managing your own portfolio and growing revenue. You will help our colleagues to manage the implementation, on-boarding & ramping of new business mandates from clients & prospects, and work in close partnership with US based bankers (Middle Market bankers) and Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) as well as other Product Specialists from across the Firm, to identify and support the broader banking needs and requirements of Commercial Bank clients.

For more than 200 years, the Commercial Bank International (CBI) team has helped clients take advantage of global opportunities by connecting them with international cash management, trade, liquidity management, financing and foreign exchange solutions. A qualified network of in-country experts and dedicated, US-based bankers leverage local knowledge to customize solutions to help clients expand internationally, navigate the complexities of global payments and understand market nuances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell to specific non - US corporate banking needs of the firm's targeted prospects and clients (US HQ)

  • Grow and expand revenue related to International banking for our Mid Market client base

  • Development of new business either through organic growth / prospect conversions

  • Assist our colleagues to manage the implementation, on-boarding & ramping of new business mandates from clients & prospects

  • Uncover, scope and solution new sales opportunities within the existing client base

  • Maintain ongoing client relationships which may include reviewing pricing reviews/changes, obtaining exception approvals, addressing legal or compliance reviews

  • Prepare for key client meetings including creating and updating presentation materials with the help of your sales support team, performing client research, obtaining relationship details from across the firm

  • Manage the client onboarding/implementation experience

  • Manage deal pipelines and monitor portfolio profitability/ Monitor portfolio profitability & RAMP

  • Uncover / scope new revenue streams, and ensure the highest standards of Client Obsession are being met

R equired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in finance, economics, or related field

  • 3+ years experience in corporate banking, corporate treasury, finance, consulting or finance sales to mid-cap corporates

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationship globally

  • Persistent and detailed follow-up

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and learn via networking and peer to peer education

  • Willingness to work outside of US time zones
