JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Analytics Associate in Dallas, Texas

Job Description

As a Senior Product Analytics Associate in the Lending Product Revenue & Analytics team, you will be a key player in creating innovative data and analytics solutions for our commercial and corporate lending stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to advance our core revenue and capital optimization services by building insights from mining the firm's vast collection of credit, product, and profitability data. You will acquire knowledge of wholesale lending products and processes and cultivate partner and stakeholder relationships. Your strong interest in transforming raw data into actionable insights will drive your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create robust Country and Product data sets and visualizations in support of international lending businesses.

  • Create, implement, and monitor performance metrics for lending product Executive Management Reporting (EMR).

  • Develop new data, processes, and analytics for identifying and tracking highly visible products and product features such as Term Loan B, Direct Lending, and Sustainability Linked Loans.

  • Perform client-level data analyses to identify opportunities to optimize profitability by increasing revenue, reducing costs, or reducing capital.

  • Derive product and pricing insights from data to support new and existing analytics tools.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key business and process stakeholders. Initiate and lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders, create agendas, facilitate discussions, document and distribute key tasks / owners / follow-ups.

  • Synthesize work product, insights, and outcomes into effective communications and presentations; develop management presentations and deliver to senior leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.

  • 5+ years of work experience in data, analytics, or similar role.

  • Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) skills required for this role.

  • 1 year experience in data visualization platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik or similar.

  • Python or another programming language in a work-related capacity is highly desired.

  • Strategic thinker with passion for discovering and influencing with data-driven insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; mastery of Excel is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in credit risk data and / or lending product data

  • Knowledge of credit pricing and / or credit risk capital concepts

  • Strong knowledge of Python

  • Strong knowledge of Tableau
