JPMorgan Chase Transaction Processing Specialist in Dallas, Texas

Documentation and Closing Loan Servicer tasks:

  • Perform research on internal systems as needed for loan closings and special reporting requests.

  • Initiate third party requests for tax service contracts. Research and respond to vendor inquiries as needed.

  • Facilitate and submit requests through bank systems for flood zone determinations, flood approval, original document retrieval, and callback verifications.

  • Organize new and trailing document packages; assemble the packages for delivery to offsite storage at Iron Mountain. Manage work volume by processing incoming packages within the expected time-frame.

  • Generate exception reports for outstanding loan documents. Work with Loan Closer to obtain status of document receipt, enter and maintain status comments on the exception file until document is received and exception is cleared.

  • Special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 three years of prior clerical experience

  • MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook - intermediate skill level

  • Legal document review experience - Loan Agreement, Promissory Note etc.

  • Commercial Real Estate construction knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines
