CommercialBanking Treasury Service Regional Sales Center

The Commercial Banking Treasury Services Regional Sales Center Team is a leading provider of global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of Treasury Solutions that help clients with, $20 Million to $100 million in revenues.

As a Commercial Bank Treasury Management Officer in the Regional Sales Center, you will focus primarily on generating new business from prospective C&I clients with $20 Million to $100 Million in revenue and growing existing revenue from an existing client base. You will work closely with an established team of bankers and Treasury Sales support teams to ensure proper alignment of strategies for all Treasury Services products.

The coreresponsibilities of this position include :

  • Working in partnership todevelop new profitable business from prospective clients; developingstrategic account plans and executing them

  • Deepening and growingexisting market relationships

  • Managing client contact;understanding clients' business goals, environments, strategies, andindustry trends to better determine their requirements and identifypotential new business opportunities for JP Morgan Treasury Services viaappropriate solution(s)

  • Understanding thecompetitions' capabilities and gaps, and how to position JP MorganTreasury Services

  • Promoting sales throughfrequent client discussions covering new products, market and industrydevelopments

  • Managing proposal writingand the entire sales process

  • Developing and enhancingin-depth client knowledge and sharing it with the client coverage team forboth new business development and management of client risk

  • Working to drive effortsto expand existing business with current clients, providing feedback toproduct managers and generating cross-sell opportunities by maintainingstrong working relationships with other JP Morgan lines of business


  • Engage JP Morgan TreasuryServices sales, bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels toprovide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and clientdriven framework

  • Create strategic dialoguesaround key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices,benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning

  • Build template-drivenbusiness case quantification for clients in support of JP Morgan solutions

  • Partner with internalproduct stakeholders when representing the client perspective in thedevelopment/evolution of complex products and solutions

  • Execute against a clearset of engagement principles that ensures consulting resources are mappedagainst the largest revenue opportunities within Treasury Services


  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of cashmanagement, sales and relationship management experience

  • Possesses knowledge and understanding ofTreasury Services products, credit process, overdraft management discipline,and pricing philosophy

  • B.A./B.S Required

  • Exposure to clients of similarly scale and scopeC&I $20 Million to $100 Million in revenue

  • Possesses strong C&I industry background

  • Track record and capabilities to foster strongworking relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Executive Presence demonstrating;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal

  • Record of accomplishment showing both maturityand accountability.

  • Abilityto mobilize and Influence internal networks and resources

  • Time management, organizational and planningskills
