JPMorgan Chase Regulatory Services Analytics and Automation in Elgin, Illinois
The Regulatory Services Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for conducting detailed data analysis and automating manual operational processes. This dynamic position will focus on developing and executing a data analytic roadmap and developing and maintaining automation solutions for Regulatory Operations.
As Regulatory Services Business Systems Analyst II, you will (at a minimum):
Execute data analysis using a combination of Alteryx, SAS, SQL
Translate data into meaningful business information
Recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges
Design and implement automation solutions using Python, C#, or VBA
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure high quality, iterative results are delivered in an Agile method
Continually challenge yourself to expand and strengthen your skills
Automation: Experience building process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with Python, C#, VBA, or SAS. Tableau experience is a plus.
Analytical Rigor: Ideal candidate would be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Preferable to have experience with Alteryx.
Critical Thinker: Must beable to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions
Communication: Ideal candidate will be able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
Attention to Detail : An acute attention to detail is required, specifically in terms of analytic rigor and output to eliminate the need for rework
Intellectually Curious Self Starter: Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency
