JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, Specialty Assets Middle Office - Real Estate Property Insurance Analyst, Associate in Fort Worth, Texas

A Middle Office Real Estate Insurance Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Specialty Assets Middle Office Group is an integral component servicing real estate clients within JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA. This position provides support for the property and liability insurance requirements pertaining to real estate assets held in fiduciary accounts. General responsibilities include working with our trust master policy, retail and wholesale insurance brokers, external insurance agents and brokers, real estate asset managers, trust officers, and others to insure that all assets within the real estate portfolio are properly insured.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of trust master insurance program and external policies providing property and/or liability coverage for residential and commercial portfolios

  • Property and liability insurance policy tracking, review and analysis

  • Ensure that premiums are paid and unearned premiums are collected as needed

  • File, monitor, and manage insurance claims from beginning to end

  • Ensure that policy coverage is adequate for all properties managed

  • Become a subject matter expert within the real estate insurance middle office

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience (insurance, claims processing, fiduciary, customer service)

  • 2-5 years experience working with fiduciary accounts

  • Understanding of property and liability insurance

  • Background in property claims

  • Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) or equivalent designation desired

  • Ability to communicate with and partner with other business associates

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong time management and risk management skills

  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to take ownership and be accountable

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, simultaneously

  • Aptitude for analyzing issues and information accurately and demonstrating effective issue resolution and decision-making skills (fact based decisions)
