JPMorgan Chase Transactions Specialist III - Retirement Services Estate Management Team in Indianapolis, Indiana

Join Chase, on our Estate Management Team as a Transactions Specialist in the Retirement Services Operations Department in Indianapolis, IN.

As a Transactions Specialist IIIon our Estate Management Team your primary responsibility is to support bankers and our clients with their legacy Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) accounts. You will also process distributions to IRA owners and beneficiaries as well as account maintenance. You will be dynamic; seeking opportunities to take initiative, adjust to change and drive improvements in both our processes and the customer's experience. You will deliver a great customer experience, even when handling challenging situations.

Job responsibilities

  • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Review documentation for accuracy, including legal documents and state-specific forms, for distribution in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and across lines of business

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing ideas for improvement

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while staying engaged with our customers

  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2 years experience working in a Data Entry/Operations environment accurately completing client requests with urgency to meet deadlines

  • Experience responding to client requests in a metrics-driven environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel); Windows operating systems; databases; instant-messaging tools; online video conferencing

  • Experience reviewing legal documents and familiarity with Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) Accounts

Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. The Recruiter will provide specific schedule information. This position requires that you attend training sessions as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
