JPMorgan Chase Data Solutions Delivery Manager in Jacksonville, Florida

Summary

As a Solutions Delivery Manager for the Consumer Home Lending Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cross-functional team in designing and implementing strategic solutions that leverage data to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness within the Consumer Originations and Home Lending team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and align closely with key stakeholders in Decision Science, Product and Technology, while also collaborating with our Sales team to successfully implement these strategies. You will be important to the firm's agenda of enabling the business to drive faster innovation through the use of its data. The Solutions Delivery Manager serves as a member of the product team, collaborating with the Product Owner, design lead, and technology lead to ensure that the product delivers data in a manner consistent with the quality and safety requirements of the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to understand business needs and evolving systems/solutions, create business cases defining the problem and sizing the opportunity, as well as securing budget and prioritization.

  • Facilitate sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and define business requirements, data flows/integration constructs in partnership with Data Domain Owners.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders: product owners, the line of business, data and analytics teams, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.

  • Develop relationships with product owners, data delivery partners and data consumers, including leaders in the Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Control functions.

  • Track and manage work streams and associated KPIs to ensure deliveries are successful. Manage the execution of a set of milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle with respect to data.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of industry experience in project management, finance, agile framework or data solutions

  • Experience managing delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines

  • Technical knowledge of data solutions and governance, cloud and data architecture preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines, and ensure our product and organization is on track to meet our goals

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences

  • Understanding of Agile technological development methodology

  • Project and Program Management

  • Presentation Communication Skills

  • Experience in creating, implementing and leading data solutions from ideation to production environments

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture/construct/design

  • Bachelor's degree required, and Master's degree preferred

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Product Delivery Owner background preferred.

  • 5+ years in Data Delivery or Product Owner role or similar
