JPMorgan Chase Vice President - Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration, Home Lending in Jacksonville, Florida

Join us as Vice President for the Consumer Home Lending Strategy team, where you will have the opportunity to shape and implement strategic initiatives that increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. This role offers you the chance to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, including Decision Science, Marketing, and Technology, and to make a significant impact on our Sales team's strategies.

As a Vice President - Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration in our Home Lending team, you will be at the forefront of applying AI & Machine Learning technologies to enhance our operational workflows and improve customer experiences. You will lead a team focused on the practical application and integration of these technologies, working closely with various lines of business to identify key areas for innovation. Your role will be integral in overseeing the development and implementation of AI-promoted projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable results. Job Responsibilities

  • Focused on the practical application and integration of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning technologies in Home Lending operations.

  • Work closely with the Home Lending line of business to identify key areas where Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models can add value and innovation.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence-driven projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

  • Collaborate with product, technology, and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration of Artificial Intelligence tools and systems.

  • Manage cross-functional relationships to foster a culture of innovation and ensure the successful adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, applying this knowledge to improve internal processes and customer services.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring skill development and knowledge transfer in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning applications.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for technology-driven business transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning solutions in a business context, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

  • Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Advanced knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations in AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in addition to adherence to JPMorgan Chase policies and procedures

  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to facilitate effective collaboration across different departments.
