JPMorgan Chase Business Analysis & Reporting Associate in Jersey City, New Jersey
Duties: Synthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business results and analyze trends. Analyze data, processes, organization and supporting applications. Identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement, and report the findings. Implement new processes, MIS, applications and organizational changes. Measure business, client and employee impact results. Communicate business requirements and drive project delivery and implementation.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Finance, Data Science, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills and technologies: MS Office Suite including Excel and Access; SQL including writing complex SQL scripts, creating views, and stored procedures; visualization tools including Tableau, Qlikview, and Qliksense; building complex dashboards; Programming languages including Python, VBA, and R; and databases including Microsoft SQL Server.
