JPMorgan Chase Business Support Management - Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

We are seeking a Business Support Analyst that will play a critical role in ensuring our Corporate & Investment Bank's senior management team is supported in various business functions.
As the Business Support Analyst in our Business Support Management team, you will be spending each day interacting with varying levels of senior management and to provide general support of day-to-day business functions. You will leverage excellent customer service skills to build relationships with leadership, and help bring various tasks to completion.
Job responsibilities
Manage the on/off boarding on new hires and employees, transfers in/out of employees in the business
Act as a project management liaison for technology upgrades, facility upgrades, summer intern onboarding and more
Conduct market trends and competitive analysis to inform on business strategy
Act as a conduit to Corporate & Investment Bank & Corporate Real Estate teams; provide maintenance of floor plans, move management, review of cost allocations / cost centers
Provide Business Continuity planning support
Review and certification of Physical Floor Access
Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
Ensure that effective business and process controls are maintained consistently across all businesses
Participate and help lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects within Business Support Management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a business support/client facing function
Strong oral and written communication skills
Independent problem-solving skills
Customer service / Client facing experience is helpful
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple assignments, and bring tasks to complete closure
Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to listen well and influence others
A self-starter who is organized and consistently meets deliverables
Focus on Controls and mitigating Risk factors
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Comfortable leading an initiative or playing a support role on the broader team
