JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.

The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team sits within Corporate Sector Finance. It is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense & capital components of the GRE function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-adding analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various Firm-wide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire Corporation. The team covers all aspects of the Firm’s real estate portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, and sustainability projects.

Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive workingrelationships with functional partners across Global Real Estate to fostera collaborative environment with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor

  • Develop dynamic relationshipswith Corporate P&A, Corporate Location Strategy, and LOB financegroups to incorporate changes and updates.

  • Partner with accounting partners to manage accrual and cashbasis accounting for an expense base in excess of $1.5B

  • Analyze, sensitize, and report on key financial metricsrelating to Americas Real Estate performance vs budget targets and ongoinginvestments in strategic hubs and critical programs

  • Support the broader GRE Financeteam by fielding requests for various strategic analysis projects,including summaries of proposed capital projects, scenario modeling, andproject schedule forecasting

  • Bachelor's degree in businessrelated discipline – accounting or finance preferred

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

  • Prior experience or innateinterest in the Real Estate asset class

  • Ability to think outside of thebox, identify problems & find cost efficient solutions

  • Ability to analyze data, processinformation and work under minimal supervision

  • Ability to maintain composurein a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

  • Ability to turn data analysisinto sophisticated presentations

  • Organizational skills – Abilityto handle numerous deliverables simultaneously, many with criticaldeadlines. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changingpriorities, and must maintain composure in a fast-paced environment andprioritize projects accordingly

  • Communication skills - Abilityto communicate succinctly and efficiently, comfortable interacting withsenior management and Corporate leaders
