As a Senior Product Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions, Escrow, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS") works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

  • Assists the North America product team in developing strategies and leading initiatives to drive revenue and profit growth

  • Leads diverse projects, working with our partners across Sales, Client Service, Liquidity, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Risk, as well as regional product teams outside North America

  • Develops understanding of Escrow product solutions, client purchasing behavior, revenue drivers, and operating model; serve as Escrow subject matter expert and daily resource for our partners

  • Contributes to business reviews examining our progress against key priorities, and presents to management team

  • Drafts client presentations and create case studies for internal and external clients

  • Devises ways to automate and improve business reporting and processes; prepare various ad-hoc reports in support of business continuity (e.g., Compliance requests)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

  • Advanced quantitative ability and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas/functions; experience analyzing large complex data sets, and developing conclusions and practical recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and organize cross-functional teams to execute on high-impact projects and drive new business initiatives

  • Ability to define and drive projects proactively and independently, and juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Advanced communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply to functional partners at all levels

  • Inquisitive nature with strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

  • Effective interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with functional partners inside and outside Escrow Services

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the financial services sector

  • Knowledge of payment channels and markets
