As a Product Associate in Employee Platforms on the Communication & Collaboration and Employee Experience Tech team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the product management and product operating lifecycle, working with agile product teams and partnering with stakeholders to drive towards common goals aligned to our employees and customers. The sky is the limit: We expect you to push product boundaries and explore areas including new product management methods to help our teams deliver on their OKRs. You will also be involved in helping ensure our organization business strategy is best in class, scalable, and sustainable which includes designing our organization and reviewing our organizational effectiveness, helping govern key routines and team meetings, and reviewing our financials .

Job responsibilities

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap

  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making

  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals

  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches

  • Collaborates with product managers to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

  • Supports OKRs planning through collection and synthesis of input, coaching product and functional teams. Direct OKR experience is not necessary, however, the ideal candidate should be willing to proactively learn

  • Defines and communicates cross-product vision and strategy in line with the customers' long-term business goals

  • Coordinates the creation of special and executive presentations (e.g., town halls, senior officers meetings, offsites, regulatory communications, user and business communications, etc.)

  • Defines and manages the cross-product line business metrics, including cost, feature and functionality, risk posture and reliability

  • Executes various analysis, understand and report key business metrics, synthesize information into actionable insights to help solve complex problems and influence business and communicate strategies

  • Supports the implementation and review of a forward-looking, efficient, decision-oriented governance structure and operating models including organization effectiveness, financial management, team management, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area

  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle

  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

  • Highly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers

  • Inquisitive attitude and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve data-related questions through quantitative reasoning both independently and through collaboration with business partners

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2-4 years of experience working in consulting, strategy, or tech/product strategy; experience in product management including OKR and roadmap creation, product overviews, product efficiency reporting a plus

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
