JPMorgan Chase Program Manager Associate - Digital Onboarding in Jersey City, New Jersey


The Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) Onboarding Transformation team is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery program to improve the overall client on-boarding experience while reducing operational time and cost. This is an exciting opportunity to join a critical and strategic team that supports the seamless onboarding of high volume, low complexity businesses in order to drive scalable business growth solutions. The SMB solution builds & integrates a family of applications, streamlining the onboarding process across lines of business to deliver a best in class solution in line with the organization's strategic vision and the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) / KYC policy requirements.

Role Description and responsibilities:

This is one of 3 open associate positions to support the growing SMB program. The candidate will be working in conjunction with relevant Product, Compliance, Control, Operations, and Engineering teams, and will support the development of the SMB Onboarding strategy, manage stakeholders and work with delivery organization to continue to evolve and deliver the SMB Onboarding solution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and identify business and regulatory priorities

  • Manage, analyze, and track project status, as well as escalate project risks, issues and dependencies

  • Ensuring deliverables are tracked in line with due dates by partnering with stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and proactively create mitigation plans to address future issues.

  • Accountable for creating, maintaining and communicating schedules, scorecards and plans.

  • Manage a cross application release JIRA Dashboard to ensure accuracy of data, progress and requirements.


  • Project management and execution: must organize quickly and execute the agenda to meet short-term and longer-term deliverables

  • Independent worker, able to manage multiple projects from inception through completion with little guidance

  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines and provide effective updates.

  • Strong analytical, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in driving meetings forward to achieve the target.

  • Team player who is easy to work with, shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand & time-sensitive initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint

  • Practical knowledge of JIRA

  • Possesses collaboration, partnership and influencing skills

  • Knowledge of KYC/AML is a plus
