JPMorgan Chase Home Lending Support Manager- South/Central Florida Region in Miami, Florida

Summary

As a Home Lending Support Manager in the Home Lending's Business Development team, you will be joining a team of HLSMs supporting the One Chase partnership with the Consumer Bank. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships to keep lending top of mind with Bank partners, thereby promoting more referrals to Home Lending, leading to more funded loans and higher profitability. Your role will include partner coaching, skill-building, relationship building with Home Lending partners and Bank partners, delivering presentations, and execution of programs to increase the quality and quantity of referrals from Branches in the assigned Region. You will be supporting the One Chase promise to provide solutions to delight partners and customers. Your role will require effective regular interactions with both Branch and Home Lending teams, including senior level executives.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute in-person and virtual coaching at higher opportunity / priority branches with specific documented action plans

  • Partner with Lending Managers (LMs) for delivery of Banker and Branch Manager skill building workshops

  • Deliver Home Lending Downloads weekly to all Branches in assigned Region

  • Hold regular Banker Office Hours (Q&A sessions, specific topics)

  • Leverage weekly reporting to identify opportunities at the Branch/Market level

  • Provide feedback to Senior Lending Manager (SLM) and to Consumer Bank Regional Director (RD) and Market Directors (MDs) on opportunities and challenges

  • Help Bankers drive client adoption of Chase My Home

  • Assist as requested to support specialized program or geographic focus areas (e.g. REC, Military)

  • Collaborate with other HSLMs to share best practices and resolve issues

  • Coordinate with other LOB Branch Support teams (Credit Card, Small Business, Auto Lending) to maximize efficiency of Banker skill development efforts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of Home Lending or Consumer Bank experience

  • Must be proficient using technology as well

  • Strong communications and presentation skills to deliver workshops and meeting with partners

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Able to travel up to 60% of the time within assigned Region (South Florida: Fort Lauderdale- Greater Miami area)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred
