CCB Focused Analytics Solutions Team (“FAST”) is responsible for working across CCB to develop and execute actionable data science and analytical solutions which leverage Big Data in a consulting-style environment that places a premium on creative problem solving and client interaction. FAST works on a large range of strategic, highly visible projects with internal clients including Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Card Services, Business Banking, Auto Finance, and Merchant Services. The role will develop data-centric solutions that move the bottom line for the firm. It is a unique opportunity to have meaningful impact on a large scale at a leading financial services firm.

What to expect

The Analytics Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting the FAST to manage and implement end-to-end solutions for data infrastructure, data products, or analytics output. This role ensures alignment of analytical solutions to business outcomes, and pulls in resources from supporting groups as necessary. This role is a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction) and project management (leading the development and rollout of data/analytics driven products).

You’ll make an impact by:

· Helping FAST and its internal clients define new solutions or strategies that leverage analytics and Big data to drive superior customer experience and business performance

· Engage with internal clients to assess the feasibility and usefulness of a given product / solution

· Participating in the planning and execution of these solutions and strategies, as part of project team, working with a wide range of internal resources

Clearly communicate to all stakeholders the proposed solutions, roadmaps and status of the projects

About you

We're looking for highly-motivated team players with the initiative and insight to develop innovative analytic solutions.

This position will sit in Columbus, OH or Wilmington, DE.

Key qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

  • Consulting orientation ability to influence both internal & external business partners.

  • 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm preferred

  • MA or MBA equivalent,

  • Bachelor degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Physics, Engineering

  • Basic awareness Big Data technologies & its applications

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus

· Expected graduation date of December 2018 – Spring 2019
