JPMorgan Chase CCB - Digital Platforms- Executive Administrative Assistant in New York, New York

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support three leaders within the Digital Platforms and Channels team with a variety of administrative tasks and team management. You will represent the team with both internal colleagues and external partners. A qualified candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to manage time-sensitive requests, have intermediate to advanced PC software skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A positive, can-do attitude are the perfect match for this dynamic team. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide daily support with calendaring, scheduling meetings, booking rooms and arranging travel.

  • Track and manage reporting of key HR processes across the team.

  • Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings.

  • Manage requests for hard ware and supplies for the team.

  • Assist in preparation of presentations, applying strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Onboard new employees and manage technology, facilities and other new hire activities.

  • Collaborate with other EAs within Digital to build and share best practice.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years’ experience in an administrative role.

  • High degree of proficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge and proficiency with JPMorgan Chase systems and applications a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to organize.

  • Ability to be resourceful and comfortable dealing with tight deadlines.

  • Tact and good judgment and proven experience working within a large team across multiple locations.

  • Flexibility to take on independent projects and new tasks as needed.
