JPMorgan Chase Digital Product Analytics, Vice President - Asset Management in New York, New York

The Team:

Asset Management Digital, Data, and Distribution (D3) Marketing is a specialized team of subject matter experts in the areas of digital tools, web experiences, automated distribution (e-mail, thought leadership, events), data analytics, and sales experience (CRM). The team's purpose is to deliver business outcomes through integrated client journeys that generate pipeline sales opportunities, increase client engagement at critical decision points, and increase the productivity of the client distribution organization by delivering timely insights and information.

Within D3, the Business Integration & Change Management team manages the overall Product Operating Model governing agile development and coordination of our D3 products, business case development that informs further investment in our D3 roadmaps, and performance tracking through OKR's and metrics tied closely to business value. Also included within the team's responsibilities are vendor engagement excellence, and risk & controls governance across D3 properties.

The Role:

The Digital Product Analytics lead (VP) will play a critical role in defining the multi-year business value story across global product deliveries through the development of standard business case templates, stronger objectives & key results (OKR's), and performance metrics closely tied to ROI and NPV. They will work closely with product and data owners, business intelligence, marketing and sales leadership, finance and various business and functional partners to deliver value across the client lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for partnering with AM Digital, Data & Distribution (D3) product owners within AM Marketing to develop financial business cases to support further technology and marketing investments, including MROI and NPV projections

  • Aggregate performance data sets from different systems to build consistent financial performance dashboards for each D3 product, to be combined into the development of an overall AM D3 product value book

  • Manage ongoing performance tracking against the Objectives & Key Results (OKR's) for each D3 product, working closely with product owners and area product owners to verify and communicate progress and results

  • Build knowledge of the underlying business drivers and metrics of AWM Marketing division

  • Maintain excellent relationships with channel marketing teams and marketing centers of excellence, including Business Intelligence, Asset Management and Private Bank acquisition/deepening marketing teams, Digital Marketing, and finance partners.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of relevant performance/data analytics and/or financial analysis preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree, Finance or Accounting preferred

  • Self - motivated and independent worker

  • Strong financial modeling, communication and presentation skills and confidence to work directly with senior managers across Digital and Marketing organizations

  • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a high pressure environment
