JPMorgan Chase Finance Analysis - Private Client - Vice President in New York, New York

We are building a new, affluent banking business from the ground up, leveraging the strength of JPMorgan Chase. This unique opportunity will allow you to have a real, visible impact on this important initiative.

We are a collaborative, action-oriented team that leverages data to drive strong business results. We are responsible for analyzing financial and business performance and providing insights to senior management and regional field leadership that will lead to successful outcomes. We are also responsible for leading key initiatives across a wide range of topics, which will help shape the business.

As a Financial Analysis Vice President in Private Client, you will be responsible for building reports, analyzing data, creating presentations, and communicating insights to team leadership and senior management. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the business and interact with senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop thoughtful financial and business reports that provide critical insights to senior leadership

  • Analyze financial and business performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with the development of business objectives and targets, and tracking progress of those objectives and targets

  • Develop clear, concise presentations for senior leadership

  • Leverage a strong internal network to help drive cross-functional business initiatives

  • Lead and assist with ad hoc projects

  • Represent the business in respective internal/external working groups

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Previous Financial Analysis or Business Management experience

  • Energetic and dynamic in style

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills

  • Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as project management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely

  • Attention to detail with logical thought process
