JPMorgan Chase Global Head of Channels in Payments in New York, New York

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead and shape the product portfolio for the Payments Business Digital Channels landscape (including online, mobile, and application programming interfaces). Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, and deliver best-in-class value and experiences to customers. Set the strategic direction and digital strategy for product management teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. Oversee execution of day-to-day product management activities. Accountable for end-to-end product management lifecycle for Channels products, experiences, and systems/applications, which includes setting a product vision, defining a strategic roadmap, adapting through continuous user discovery, designing and developing products and experiences, driving delivery with technology, managing risk/controls and regulatory commitments, and achieving business targets, reusability, and reliability to drive the growth of the product area and achieve long-term business objectives. Act as the voice of the customer through enabling the product team to conduct market and user research, partnering with designers to enable best-in-class user experiences as well as with technology to build and manage scalable products by applying agility practices. Lead, coach, mentor, and empower product team to execute across the product lifecycle, while defining and instilling product management and agility best practices. Own and be responsible for the overall success of the product and experience portfolio by developing and achieving objectives and key results and key performance indicators (including Profit/Loss) to measure success, assess performance, and evaluate product effectiveness and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or related field of study plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or as Global Head of Channels in Payments, Product and Agility Transformation Associate, Business Transformation Associate, Operational Change Manager, Product Manager, Product Strategist, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires ten (10) years of experience in the following: product development methodology, specifically product and experience design, data analytics, and business agility; product management tools including JIRA and JIRA Align; emerging product and technology trends, research, and technological advances; developing and executing on digital channels and data strategies in Financial Services, specifically for Payments and Corporate or Commercial Banking businesses; Payments and Corporate or Commercial Banking financial products including Treasury and Cash Management products and Lending and Investment Banking products; delivering large-scale digital product portfolios; driving projects with key technology applications and platforms; implementing product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, incubation, prototyping, requirements definition, commercialization, and value management; driving organizational change; and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 20% travel (domestic and international).

Full-Time. Salary: $450,000 - $500,000 per year.
