JPMorgan Chase Sports and Entertainment Marketing Strategy -Vice President in New York, New York

Join our dynamic Sports & Entertainment team at JPMorganChase where you will have the opportunity to work across an awesome portfolio of partnerships to deliver both cross line of business (LOB) and individual LOB marketing solutions. The current partnership portfolio includes marquee venues like Madison Square Garden and the Chase Center as well as premier events such as the US Open, Miami Grand Prix and Lollapalooza to name a few.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Strategy Lead in Sports & Entertainment Marketing, you will work closely with the Marketing Strategy Executive to continue to evolve JPMC's strategic sponsorship vision, identify and negotiate deals, increase awareness of customer benefits through various communication channels and drive cross-portfolio cohesion. Your work will be guided by a strong understanding of line of business priorities, enabling you to deliver impactful business results, messaging, and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-property initiatives such as strategic messaging and communications

  • Support evolving articulation of sponsorship strategy and positioning

  • Proactively identify trends and new opportunities based on known objectives

  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders inclusive of brand, media, PR, agency partners, controls, legal and property partners to develop and execute strategic plans seamlessly and in line with how we do business

  • Actively contribute to negotiation of net new and/or renewal of deals

  • Participate in activation planning across properties, driving cohesion and consistency of execution

  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of key performance metrics

  • Provide onsite support at activations and events as needed

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, strategy, and/or brand management

  • Creative, strategic thinker with an understanding of how brands manifest within the sports & entertainment environment

  • Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, with demonstrated ability to build decks and presentations for senior executive audiences

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of working with internal and external colleagues at all levels

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed corporate environment across various business and functional teams

  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Positive attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, teamwork mindset as a way of being and working

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
