JPMorgan Chase Vice President, Dining Partner Integrations & Benefit Fulfillment in New York, New York

Chase Dining, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a new role focused on the strategy and execution of platform partnerships and digital benefits for dining enthusiasts. This role will be responsible for working with external partners and across Chase lines of business and The Infatuation teams to develop and bring to market a roadmap of new digital benefits.

As a Vice President, Dining Partner Integrations & Benefit Fulfillment within the Chase Dining Strategy & Activations team, you will report directly to our Executive Director, Dining Strategy & Bookings and will be responsible for exciting partner integrations and new benefit fulfillment for Infatuation and Chase customers. You'll be working alongside the Chase Corporate Development, Chase Card, and Connected Commerce teams as well as Product, Editorial and Restaurant Relations teams at The Infatuation. We are looking for candidates in the New York City area, who are committed to working in an office several days a week and equally comfortable connecting with external partners. You must have the ability to guide projects with senior leadership, plus superb organizational and presentation skills.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead ideation, refinement and execution of digital dining benefits strategy for Chase Dining

  • Manage long-term roadmaps with Infatuation Product Team, Chase Dining teams and Chase Card teams

  • Serve as relationship manager with existing external partners and work with product teams on prioritization of functionality for integration

  • Partner with Chase Corporate Development to identify and engage with new dining platforms and functionality

  • Coordinate with Dining Marketing on how a program/benefit is promoted across both Chase and Infatuation channels

  • Own operations of exclusive reservation/access programs including Reserved by Sapphire and new incentive/offer programs for reservations and dining

  • Oversee Chase Insights and Data Analytics work to leverage channels to test, validate and measure strategy progress and usage against goals

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years experience in a marketing, strategy, or product management role within a complex and dynamic environment

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize

  • Inclination to connect the dots between initiatives

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytics skills

  • Skilled at creating compelling presentations for leadership and providing clear recommendations

  • Ability to understand the big picture, while paying attention to the details

  • Passionate about understanding consumer needs and building digital products within the dining/travel/lifestyle space
