JPMorgan Chase Experimentation & Innovation, Owned Media Channel Strategy in Newark, Delaware

Join our dynamic Owned Media Channel Strategy team as a lead marketer in Experimentation & Innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-proven marketer who is passionate to accelerate experimentation and deliver best-in-class digital experiences. You'll have the opportunity to evolve our channel testing strategy across Chase.com and the Chase Mobile App, promote change, deliver outcomes, and create immense value for our customers and the firm.

As an Owned Media Experimentation & Innovation Vice President in Consumer and Community Bank (CCB), you will be tasked with the holistic testing strategy for the digital ad channel on Chase.com and Chase Mobile App. You will drive awareness and adoption on testing capabilities, help design and create test plans, consolidate and share best practices, and communicate to leadership and partners on the learnings and results of our testing agenda. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with each Line of Business and cross-functional teams across the firm. You will work closely with the marketers, analytics, product and digital teams to innovate and move forward one of the most impactful marketing channels at Chase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and adoption on the pipeline of testing capabilities in the product roadmap to our marketing partners in each Line of Business across CCB

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology to coordinate the development of test and learn roadmap that span across marketing, modeling, and platform capabilities

  • Influence and shape channel and Line of Business strategies through sharing best practices and insights

  • Relentlessly drive measurable improvements tied to channel and marketing strategies, testing, and retargeting efforts

  • Identify and develop new testing opportunities, ideas, hypothesis, insights and recommendations - and see them through

  • Partner with marketers in the development of test strategy including business cases

  • Partner with digital product team to ensure vision and roadmap are in alignment to channel objectives

  • Refine end-to-end requirements for ideation, deployment and execution of relevant tests

  • Develop strong collaboration and partnership between many cross-functional teams including design, research, digital, creative, technology, execution and various stakeholders

  • Develop presentations and communicate on testing & innovation strategy, roadmap, best practices and results to wide range of audiences

  • Be a customer advocate - champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovation, within mobile and web channels

  • Adept in marketing and testing roadmap development

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills

  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player and works well collaboratively

  • High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members

  • Innovative with analytical mindset to take data, distill and use to drive current and future strategies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skill and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
