JPMorgan Chase Marketing Channel Execution & Transformation Project Manager in Newark, Delaware

We are seeking an experienced and highly effective Project Manager to join the Marketing Channel Execution & Transformation team to manage various business and technology projects to transform end-to-end marketing process across channels and Chase lines of business (LOBs).

As a Project Manager on the Channel Execution and Transformation team, you will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations & Technology teams to implement and optimize our marketing technology stack. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how we can use technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish roadmap, set priorities, manage resources and budgets. You will play an integral role in ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. The ideal candidate will be a Marketing Technology enthusiast who can support a variety of business system strategy and programs, with strong experience in operationalizing various MarTech solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with business leadership to clearly define and prioritize project objectives, plan project deliverables and oversee execution of the overall plan

  • Work with leadership in establishing business case for each initiative

  • Develop presentations to tell impact story of all transformation initiatives

  • Lead diverse project teams through the project lifecycle to deliver on time and within budget

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project workstream leads, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, peers, subject matter experts and others

  • Operate as the voice of the project, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels; has the ability to frame messages for different audiences and \"tell the story\"

  • Drive project and process methodology consistency and maturity across the team

  • Work closely with Risk & Controls to ensure we are operating in a sound environment to protect our customers, employees and the Firm

  • Escalate issues and risks appropriately, driving to resolution

  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential bottom-line impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills-

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving

  • Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management and ability to create executive-level summaries

  • Proven track record of delivering results on major projects/programs
