JPMorgan Chase Martech Strategy and Enablement-Executive Director in Newark, Delaware

The Consumer & Community Banking Martech Strategy and Enablement Executive Director will partner with marketing and product leaders across all of JPMorgan Chase to design and execute a comprehensive Martech strategy to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across marketing organization.

As a Marketing Strategy Director you will will report to the Head of Martech Strategy and Enablement within the centralized JPMC marketing organization and will support the Chase, J.P. Morgan and corporate brands. As a leader in the team, you will need to understand the current state Martech ecosystem and drive the target state Martech vision across key functions and lines of businesses (LOBs), to deliver differentiated omni channel experiences for our customers. This key strategic role requires a unique blend of business, technology and influential leadership to drive intended results across a highly matrixed organization. You will be instrumental in enhancing our omni-channel journeys capabilities using the best-in-class Martech stack.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create over-arching operating model and governance framework for scaled omni-channel journey strategy and enablement, and identify the opportunities to streamline and optimize JPMC Martech stack to deliver over-arching organizational customer experience objectives.

  • Advise on the integration between real time marketing triggers and omni-channel journeys, and the subsequent operating model and process changes.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in one or both large Martech ecosystems (Adobe / Salesforce), Customer Data Platform(s) (CDP) and significant business / consulting background to bring product, technology, and marketing teams on a common page for our governance and Martech architecture to enable and scale omni-channel vision.

  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential bottom-line impact.

  • Advise on customer level contact strategy, channel transformation, workflow transformation, audience modernization, offer management to the transformation team, and its implication on Martech strategy and enablement thereon.

  • Help create the overall OKR/KPI framework for the Martech team, and work closely with partners within the firm to consistently track performance.

  • Work closely with the marketing CMOs and product teams in understanding current business and technology challenges, identify opportunities and provide an actionable roadmap partnering with the relevant stakeholders.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • 12+ years leading digital transformation with Martech expertise (Adobe AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

  • Designed end-to-end marketing technology architectures for seamless omni-channel campaign execution, including knowledge of key decision points and stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker skilled in translating 'white space' into data-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.

  • Customer-focused product leader championing outstanding experiences through agile, efficient processes.

  • Change agent driving Martech adoption across the marketing organization.

  • Proven leader promoting strong team culture, clear goal-setting, and effective resource management.

  • Collaborative, influential team player committed to seamless user experiences across channels.

  • High-energy, deadline-driven multitasker dedicated to solutions-oriented outcomes.

  • Analytical mindset transforming data into actionable strategies.

  • Executive-level communicator with proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Consulting or financial services industry experience
