JPMorgan Chase Martech Strategy and Enablement-Vice President in Newark, Delaware

The Martech Strategy and Enablement Lead will partner with marketing and product leaders across all of JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("the firm") to help execute a Martech streamlining plan across the organization to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and employees.

As a Marketing Strategy VP on the Martech team you will report to the Head of Martech Strategy and Enablement within the centralized JPMC marketing organization and will support the Chase, J.P. Morgan, and corporate brands. You will need to understand the current state of the Martech ecosystem and guide the target state Martech vision across key functions and lines of businesses (LOBs), to deliver differentiated omni channel experiences for our customers. This key strategic role requires a unique blend of business, technology, and influential leadership to guide intended results across a highly matrixed organization. You will be instrumental in creating a streamlined intake and prioritization process of Martech capabilities for our marketing organization and will support the creation of omni-channel operating model.

Job Responsibilities:

  • "Own" Martech enablement backlog, starting with Workflows across Line of Business (LOBs), to enable Martech at scale.

  • Partner with product teams in development of cross-functional roadmaps for new Martech capabilities, new channel capabilities, etc.; organizing governance and leading necessary cadences to drive towards common goals on mutually agreed timelines and overseeing execution.

  • Assist in the creation of omni-channel journeys operating model and governance paradigms for cross-LOB customer centric journeys.

  • Engage with senior leaders across the firm to provide actionable insights and executive reporting.

  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential bottom-line impact.

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other project workstream leads, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, peers, subject matter experts and others.

  • Work closely with Risk & Controls to ensure we are operating in a sound environment to protect our customers, employees 'and the Firm.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • 6+ years of marketing or equivalent experience, with expertise in marketing, product and/or innovation

  • Experience in driving marketing/digital transformation and change management within a large organization.

  • Ability to develop strong partnerships, be recognized as a team player and work well collaboratively.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.

  • High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • A curious and analytical thinker, with the ability to take data, distill it, and use it to develop and drive enablement strategies.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Consulting or financial services industry experience

  • Ability to advocate for customer experience - champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels.

  • Develop strong collaboration and partnership between many cross-functional teams including design, research, digital, creative, technology, execution, and various stakeholders.

  • Be skilled at process, intake tools, reporting, agility and storytelling.

  • Experience with Gen AI use case enablement in marketing.
