JPMorgan Chase Trading Services Specialist IV in Newark, Delaware

Job Summary:

As an Onboarding Liaison in the Loan Trading Documentation team, you will Coordinate with front office, clients, and operations to identify and raise new counterparty onboarding requests. The Onboarding Liaison Team supports the North America Credit Trading, Loan Total Return Swap and Syndicated Leverage Finance businesses within the Corporate and Investment Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with front office, clients, and operations to identify and raise new counterparty onboarding requests

  • Resolve issues related to the raising and active onboarding of an entity.

  • Build new customer reference data into LIQ platform

  • Daily monitoring of client's Credit Approval

  • Resolve issues related to incorrect and outdated reference data to ensure information aligns with legal documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reporting to track the status of open items and measure risk

  • Investigate customer inquiries in various systems and liaise with internal teams to resolve any differences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or 1 year relevant operations experience within Syndicated Loan Space

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to professionally communicate verbally and through written communication

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to take initiative and self-motivate as well as work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Familiarity with syndicated loans

  • Experience supporting Credit Trading and Debt Capital Markets

  • Prior knowledge of loan products or trading operations

  • Experience with Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) standard documentation, and understanding of the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions

  • Familiarity with loan-based software (LoanIQ, ClearPar, PartyCentral)
