Our Business

Wealth Management (WM) Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) line of business. The Private Bank is the world's premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors, and other internal groups.

Position Summary

Wealth Management Core Services is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill an open Associate role within the Wealth Management Operations Core Services - Client Reporting team. The Associate will be responsible for handling 3rd Party Marketing materials (i.e. Fact Sheets, SMA Quarterly Commentary, Market Outlooks, Seminars, etc.) and submitting these through internal review processes. Oversight will include coordinating with the Solution and Marketing teams, Legal, Products Supervisory Management, Wholesale Engagement and 3rd Party Managers to process marketing materials for review and approval.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake, review and publishing of 3rd Party Marketing materials

  • Maintain record of 3rd party materials on team SharePoint as pieces are submitted

  • Develop relationships with the various teams responsible for 3rd Party Marketing material review and approval process

  • Ensure all materials get published on a timely basis and troubleshoot all issues/errors when processing

  • Develop subject matter expertise for 3rd Party Marketing materials and Rules of Engagement

  • Maintain procedural documents ensuring they are concise and up to date

  • Maintain SharePoint and Shared Mail Box to ensure organization necessary for efficient operations

  • Maintain list of 3rd Party Managers and key contacts

  • The selected individual may be asked to assist with other tasks / projects at management discretion

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years operations experience

  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills

  • Adaptable and quick learner. Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter; take ownership of assignments with minimal direction

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage to tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio)

  • SharePoint design skills a Plus

  • Familiarity with financial marketing materials a plus

  • Familiarity with Disclosures / Background in Regulation a plus

  • Wealth Management experience a plus
