JPMorgan Chase Global Real Estate Infrastructure requires a manager of our daily global space system transactions. This position plays a critical role supporting not only Global Real Estate, but all lines of business across the firm as they view their real estate occupancy and cost allocation information.

JPMC is seeking a Quality Control and Assurance Associate for its Global Real Estate (GRE) Space Management team within the GRE Digital Strategy and Data Management team.

The GRE Digital Strategy and Data Management team is part of the GRE Finance & Business Management function. The GRE F&BM function is comprised of finance and business management professionals across the globe who are responsible for partnering with leadership to achieve GRE’s financial, strategic, and control objectives. The team is also responsible for supporting GRE budgeting, forecasting, allocations, financial analytics and reporting, workforce management strategy and location strategy, data and process reengineering strategy, and vendor management. The Space Management team is responsible for managing key JPMC property data globally, including space, property, floor plan and real estate allocation detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of a Quality Control and Assurance function within Space Management testing key processes, validating data to ensure accuracy and integrity, and performing daily system reconciliations

  • Support a sustainable end-to-end control environment that identifies, escalates, addresses, and mitigates issues in a timely manner

  • Consistently meet quality and issue remediation goals

  • Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency

  • Identify issues and control improvements for remediation, and manage action plans end-to-end to address and resolve control deficiencies

  • Evaluate processes seeking ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work performed and partner with key teams to implement

  • Partner with Space Management and other GRE groups (e.g. Data Governance and Controls, GRE Technology) establishing strong working relationships

  • 4-7 years of experience in an audit /controls function

  • Real estate/CAFM/IWMS experiencepreferred, but not required

  • Proven experience executing a qualityassurance agenda meeting quality goals

  • Demonstrated track record of processimprovement and improving controls

  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issuesto senior management in a persuasive manner

  • Demonstrated ability to clearlyarticulate and document process flows

  • Ability to manage by influence topromote change

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changingrequirements

  • Ability to manage and analyze largedata sets; Alteryx experience preferred and Access

  • Ability to work with and produce filetypes as needed including TXT, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, MDB, ACCDB

  • Strong sense of ownership and desireto deliver high quality work products
