Role Summary:
The Client Training Specialist team is responsible for the education and training of our Treasury payments and reporting platform. The platform provides a suite of digital end to end solutions to support global cash management needs including payments, reporting and reconciliation. This role will lead the team with global presence. It will require both internal and external client interaction at all levels.
Job Responsibilities:
Exhibit ownership of the training experience and client satisfaction
Ensure the team operates effectively by adhering to policies and procedures, within SLA's.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the Commercial Banking organization.
Establish KPI reporting, deliver results to senior level partners and utilize the metrics to ensure success
Think and act strategically by defining and driving the direction of the business
Participate in the creation of training content and delivery
Demonstrate values by promoting an inclusive work environment
Participate in the ongoing education of new and existing employees
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
3-5 years Treasury services onboarding or service experience
Previous training / education experience
Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar experience and motivation to set appropriate expectations with every engagement
Comfort in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal
Appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand'
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts /Bachelor of Science degree
Working knowledge of JPMorgan platforms, products and process
