JPMorgan Chase Corporate Sector - Financial Analysis, Supplier Spend Analytics - Associate in Plano, Texas

Reporting to the leader of the Sourcing & Procurement Services Spend Analytics group and responsible for performing independent analysis, developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management in Sourcing & Procurement Services.

In particular, for the Chief Procurement Officer of JPMC, the group analyzes performance metrics and delivers analyses including benchmarking, industry trends and modeling. The group partners closely with Sourcing business mangers responsible for collecting, cleansing, classifying and analyzing expenditure data with the purpose of reducing procurement costs, improving efficiency and monitoring compliance.


  • 3+ years of professional experienceof concentrated in finance, investment/other banking with an emphasis onanalytical work

  • Bachelor's degree in businessrelated discipline – accounting or finance preferred

  • Stronganalytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with a trackrecord of execution against deliverables

  • Solidorganizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability tomanage expectations and deliver results in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated leadership abilitieswith track record of driving results through cross-functional organization

  • Extraordinarymodeling skills with the ability to challenge/validate assumptions

  • Solidunderstanding of key strategic frameworks/ financial concepts and applicationof same within the firm

  • Ability todevelop, synthesize and present perspectives on key strategic/financial issues

  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, creative thinker with ability to simplify concepts and create or oversee thecreation of Powerpoint/Pitch Pro documents

  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice suite, with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Ability to workeffectively with senior management and work well under pressure

  • Ability to maintain composure ina fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

  • Highly motivated, self- directedand exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Communicationskills - Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently, comfortableinteracting with senior business/Corporate leaders

  • Organizational ability - Abilityto handle numerous deliverables simultaneously, many with critical deadlines.Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
