JPMorgan Chase Generative AI Specialist in Plano, Texas

Generative AI expert sought for the role of Generative AI Specialist in our Legal department's Chief Data Office. If you're passionate about leveraging AI to transform the legal industry and thrive in a diverse, global team, this role is for you.

As a Generative AI Specialist In the Legal Chief Data Office, you will play a key role in unlocking the value of GenAI technologies for the Legal Department. You'll be driving a mix of development projects aimed at integrating GenAI capabilities into traditional Legal applications, as well as special projects in the domains of governance, training and education, and research. You will manage a portfolio of LLM projects, including portfolio management, prioritization, and selection of project opportunities for development based on ROI and other considerations.

Job responsibilities

  • Work closely with Attorneys, Business and Operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems / use cases that may be solved using LLMs

  • Partner with technology to design and run pilots / POCs, and with Legal Product teams to deliver LLM Solutions

  • Provide consulting support as needed to Product teams implementing LLM solutions within their products

  • Develop and maintain Operating Models to define engagement within and across teams to deliver AI solutions

  • Manage reporting of LLM initiatives within the entire Legal Department.

  • Prepare presentations and materials for stakeholder reviews, project team meetings, and leadership reviews

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Prior experience with Large Language Model solutions in a Corporate Legal department

  • Substantial prior experience in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating across functional teams of business executives, IT professionals, and other key stakeholders towards common goals and objectives

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills

  • Excellent skills in gathering and defining requirements, along with a proven ability to write in a clear, concise, and effective manner

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • MS, MBA, or related graduate level degree preferred

  • Competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project. JIRA a plus.

  • Relevant experience in Product Management, Product Owner or Business Analysis areas

  • Experience in an Agile and/or Extreme Programming (XP) software product development environment is a plus.
