Responsible for supporting assigned Treasury Sales Managers (TSM) with sales and relationship management related activities.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Understanding of Technology/Media/Telecom industry and segment strategy in high growth and high-touch client sectors with evolving and expanding global business models. Develop deep understanding of Fintech and other emerging TMT and payments industry business models of clients in TMT portfolios,
Assist TSM to manage cross-functional engagement when entering into and maintaining complex or new business models with clients
Lead initiative with client research, call preparation, materials; high level of focus on follow-ups
Develop account plans, briefing memos and relationship reviews - Understanding the clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
Support TSM on new bids including coordinating with product partners to develop solutions, pricing and profitability models, RFP/RFI submissions, etc.
Work with the TSM to finalize the sale through documentation coordination/negotiation and smooth handoff and partnership with implementation and service teams
Anticipate client and internal needs, challenges and proactive engagement of appropriate partners for solutioning
Account management assistance:
Timely onboarding, KYC and Implementation request submissions with empowerment to engage appropriate escalation points where necessary to meet client needs while managing client expectations
Active client outreach and engagement
Become key client contact and expand relationships
Contribute as Voice of sales in cross-functional partner engagement to ensure Sales alignment with broader firmwide interests
Understand internal credit processes and advance working relationship with credit partners
Lead special team projects to advance teamwide initiatives
Understanding the clients' account structure, cash flow, and product usage
Reviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etc.
Supporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clients
Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction
2 years plus experience in cash management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
Goal driven with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
Ability to manage multiple projects/meetings with keen attention to follow-up coordination
Strong Time management, organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Ability to use various PC- and internet- based systems to manage their portfolio, must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge and understanding of the Technology/Media/Telecom industry and /or JPMorgan Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process/procedures
