JPMorgan Chase Software Engineer- Cloud / Cybersecurity in Seattle, Washington

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expertisein application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advancedknowledge of architecture, design across all systems
Proficiencyin multiple modern programming languages such as Python and/or Java
Knowledgeof industry wide technology trends and best practices
Keenunderstanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams toachieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovativeculture
Demonstratedand strong experience in software engineering to include implementation ofhighly scalable systems, release management, software configuration,design, development and implementation.
Public/PrivateCloud experience as it relates to Cybersecurity in a mission criticalenvironment to include:
Analyzing complex data systems - failure analysis / root cause analysis
Developing, improving and maintaining technical engineering documentation
Roadmap development and ability to evangelize / champion benefits to internal customers
Advanced knowledge of the enterprise cloudinfrastructure and technologies and how they relate to major cloud providers(AWS, Azure, GCP), deep understanding of cloud computing technologies andexperience with workload migration to cloud, and Understanding of core conceptsfor Public/Private/Hybrid clouds (networking, security groups, IAM, etc.)
Workingproficiency in developmental toolsets (Git, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.)
Expert level understanding of networking and infrastructure securitycapabilities (firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, etc…); experience designing visibilityoutputs intended to establish baselines and prove security posture againstimplemented controls
Advanced expertise in Cybersecurity organization practices, operations, riskmanagement processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering andthreats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies, tacticsand strategy to protect, detect, respond and recover from attacks; command ofmultiple disciplines, optimizing Cybersecurity products and services throughthe lifecycle; recognized expertise in Cybersecurity and Agile, creatingcompetitive advantage through the application of leading-edge technologies andmethodologies
