JPMorgan Chase Margin&Collateral Specialist IV in Tampa, Florida

As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Liquidity Operations, you will provide operational support for clients to meet daily obligations (such as its payables) likewise providing clients the opportunity to invest excess cash in a variety of investment vehicles.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed and client inquiries are resolved timely. Additional responsibilities include performing product set-up, transaction processing, account maintenance, trade booking and client inquiries. Inquiries are received via telephone, email, and CSX cases; the volume of inquiries are relatively nominal, but the complexity of the products requires the team member to be highly analytical.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes

• Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Excellent client focus and customer care working practices

• Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions

• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in back - office operations

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM: 5:30PM ( Hybrid Schedule)
