JPMorgan Chase Treasury Services Innovation – Virtual Assistant - Product Development Manager – Associate/VP in Tampa, Florida

JPMorgan’s Treasury Services Innovation team, in partnership with Service Operations and Technology, recently launched an AI-powered Virtual Assistant channel. We are looking for a new member of the team with experience in product development and as a change agent to continuously evolve our offering. We are following a customer-centric & agile approach to execution. The role will involve understanding client needs, adapting existing assets like conversation decision trees to use cases, partnering with third party solutions for speed to execution and engaging in fundamental client research to develop novel propositions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the challenges and opportunities within both existing and new customer segments

  • Develop all digital content, lead and deliver continual improvement of the Virtual Assistant proposition

  • Ensure key stakeholders are aligned and have an ongoing understanding of how the Virtual Assistant will deliver value

  • Work collaboratively with the customer operations team to embed new tools and technologies and ensure a successful transformation

  • Partner with other teams focused on client experience to ensure consistency in across channels

  • Develop highly effective, influential relationships internally and externally at all levels

  • Work across the organization to research, identify and capture new opportunities across the business and to provide recommendation and change programs which will deliver improved performance and / or a reduction in costs

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with or knowledge of lean / agile product development methodologies, e.g. user stories, defining value proposition, rapid prototyping and capturing client feedback

  • Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels

  • Team player who is comfortable orchestrating cross-functional, matrixed project teams

  • Professional experiences (5+ years) that will set you apart

  • Knowledge of / experience in Treasury Services products and/ or J.P. Morgan Access Platform; Client service experience in this space a plus

  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit
