JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - National Branch Personal Advisor - Tempe, AZ in Tempe, Arizona

As a Personal Advisor, you will build long-term, dedicated relationships with your clients. You will meet with clients primarily through scheduled appointments via video or phone, build a personalized financial plan for each client, and match clients with investment portfolios that are designed and managed by J.P. Morgan's Chief Investment Officer. You will also provide advice to existing clients as they need it, helping them navigate shifting priorities around their finances and their lives.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide a holistic view of clients needs and financial coaching beyond investments

  • Focus on relationship management not portfolio management relying on leadership and relationship-building skills to build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to your clients

  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement

  • Exhibit unwavering integrity that points toward doing right by clients at every opportunity. Insights, interpersonal skills, and meticulous planning allow you to support and guide your customers

  • Champion and support your teammates' success and the goals of the bank, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their day

  • Passion for educating clients on the technology and channels available to them to better monitor and maintain their investments

  • 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience demonstrating an advanced understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement

  • A valid and active Series 7

  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment

  • At least 3 years of success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners
